Nikhilesh Rao
Nikhilesh was previously with the management consulting groups of Booz Allen Hamilton (Booz & Company) & Ernst Young (EY) in New York. He consulted for Private Equity, Financial Services, Media, Telecom & Healthcare clients on a range of issues including Strategy, Pricing, M&A due diligence, Operations & Technology. Before Booz & EY, Nikhilesh worked as a product manager in a software start up in India focusing on US and Asia based internet, new media and mobile telephony clients. He attended NYU's Stern School of Business and graduated with an MBA from Melbourne Business School.

Bala Brahmanandam Madaparthi, PHD
Bala Brahmanandam Madaparthi was previously an assistant professor at IIT, Kharagpur. He worked in the areas of Pattern Recognition, Artificial Intelligence and Multimedia Communications. After IIT, he was with Nortel Networks working on the design & development of the IN platform. He was an architect at Sedona Networks, a telecom start up company in VoIP and managed the Engineering team in Taral Networks. Recently, he was the president of Prasiddha Inc., a software consulting company. Bala received his Ph. D. from IIT, Kharagpur.
